February 2014

Abby turned 9 months old in February... her stats from her well-check were:
Weight: 18 pounds even (35%)
Height: 28" (65%)
Head: 18" (90%)

The perks of living on the same street as cousins... Noah asked to take Abby in her stroller down the street because he saw the Baldwins playing outside.

Our littlest Valentine in her Sunday best!

Abby posed for some pictures with Lucy and Davis after church, when we realized they all looked so cute in their matching Valentines attire.

Abby's first Progressive Dinner experience. She LOVES her family!

(Uncle Brad tends to hog Abby when he's around.)

Abby expressing how she feels about Mom taking a shower... haha! She was soaked by the time the shower was finished. This is the reason why mom USUALLY finds a way to shower when Dad's at home or when Abby's napping.

Abby has hit the age where she's busy as can be... she gets in to everything. She can't walk yet, but she knows how to pull herself up to things.

Valentines Day :)

Aunt Auburn babysat Davis and Abby on Valentines night so that we could go out on a date (Bryan was on a campout). Both babies had a great time!

Abby loves to ride bikes. We took a quick weekend trip to California and towed our bikes along. Abby was a great traveler!

We stayed with the Hess family... Otto and Abby are just 1 year apart.

Abby's hair is getting longer each day! It now fits into a tiny ponytail...

... or a clip...

... basically, mom was treating her like a baby doll one night and playing dress up with her hair accessories.

This was the first time Abby wore "big-girl" jammies! It got pretty hot in Arizona and the footsie pajamas would have been way too hot!

What life is like when Noah's in charge... poor girl!

Abby with her favorite blanket...  She always has her (boy) blankie in her hands. A funny story about her boy blankie... is that Aunt Suzy found Ellie's old blanket that is almost identical to Noah's old blanket (the one Abby is attached to), the only difference is that Ellie's blanket has pink stitching instead of blue and isn't as worn as Noah's. We tried to force the girl blanket on Abby and she didn't want it. She took it from my hands and threw it back at me. I also put both blankets next to her in the crib every night and each morning she wakes up holding the boy one. She doesn't want much to do with the girl one. haha!

We had to lower the crib mattress this month for our baby who's growing WAY too fast.

Davis & Abby riding in the car at grandma's house :)

Mom could stare at her sleeping baby all day long (if she didn't have other things that needed done)!

Abby loves to sit on her legs, and I think it's so cute - obviously! I realized while looking at my camera roll that I had a lot of pictures of her in this position!
