February 2016

This is the sweetest sleepy girl!

Abby & Kozie - cutest BFFs after dance class...

... they love to hang out under this little A-frame, every single week after dance class gets out!
Abby knows just how to make herself comfortable. She loves her "binks" and blanket time.

This is what a typical Sunday night looks like after dinner at Grandma and Poppy's house.

The 1st anniversary of Riggs's death was February 9th. We picked up some heart decorations and delivered them to the cemetery. Abby also bought herself a Valentines puppy - with her own money - that day at the store!

Abby conveniently has snacks at her level in the pantry!

I loved seeing this sight out the window as I was making dinner one night! The diaper without pants was funny and cute :)

More of Abby and Kozie... this time, hanging out at the park. They are so cute when they're together!

Valentines day fell on a Sunday this year, so Abby got to wear a cute pink and red outfit to church. Afterward, her and Noah got to open a little gift from Russ and I. It was the traditional photo album of their life during the previous year.

Cute sisters enjoying drinks at The Soda Shop... this was after we rode our bikes there one day!

2 of daddy's favorite things... Abby and his dirtbike!

Abby loves to spot "city school bus"es on the road (city buses)... so one night we decided to go for a ride on one. We actually did the light rail instead of just the plain city bus. She was so excited and is seen here with a ticket in her hand, waiting for the "city train" to pick us up.

We took the light rail to Mill Avenue where we walked around and found some dinner. Abby was in heaven riding the light rail!

January 2016

I have lots of random pictures of Abby in this post. She's at such a funny age right now and every day I'm surprised about how smart she is... here she has propped up my old phone to watch you tube on it while relaxing at her little table.

Sophie and Abby hanging out under an umbrella at Noah's basketball practice :)

This was Abby's first time to be in charge of family home evening. She gladly put everything to use that Suzanne had given us in our "family home evening kit" for Christmas. Abby loves to pass out props for singing time, be the leader, and then tell everyone "thank you for singing" or "great singing" as she collects the props afterward. She also likes to tell us to hold our starts or animals or whatever it is we're holding "up high"!

This really was the best gift from Aunt Suzy. Abby LOVES it and we all love watching her be our music leader!

Abby's first french braid!

What a righteous 2 year old, reading scriptures!

For Riggs' birthday on January 14th, we met at the cemetery and talked about him, celebrated his life, and then sent off 17 balloons since that would be his age this year. Afterward, we all went out to dinner together for pizza!

Abby's pretending she's on the phone in this picture. After riding her bike around the house, in her pajamas! haha

Some days, she has the best bed head ever!
While mom was away on a girls' trip, Bryan and Dad took the kids out riding in the desert. They all had lots of fun!

I can't ever resist taking pictures of Abby when she sleeps...

Aunt Suzy stayed with the kids while mom and dad went away to Texas for a weekend and these are the cute pictures she took of Abby...

I got these dance pictures back at the end of the month but they were actually taken in December when Abby performed "I'm the happiest Christmas Tree" at her dance recital. So cute!
